Generika Drugstore, like FamilyDOC, is part of the AC Health Family  Ayala Corporations answer to the countrys pressing health needs. FamilyDOC provides communities access to affordable primary care to those who cannot visit expensive clinics or hospitals. Generika, in turn, serves as the communitys most affordable provider of safe, effective generics  medications that are as effective as their branded counterparts but are available at a fraction of the cost. Just in case there are no FamilyDOC clinics nearby, Generika also has scheduled free doctors consultations. They also offer blood sugar and other lab tests, including free blood pressure monitoring. To further help patients, Generika provides a free Gamot Guide for every medication purchased  a printed sheet that lists dosage instructions and other important reminders. Expertly-trained Generika Pharmacists can also give free patient counselling to help their customers better understand the medicines they bought.

Mr. Teodoro Ferrer, Generika President, was present in the AC Health Barangay Wellness Fiesta to share the story of how Generika Drugstore was formed to bring to life an enduring social purpose to give Filipinos access to affordable medicines and healthcare. He also mentioned that through AC Health, Generika can better bridge the gap in the countrys healthcare industry.

In the AC Health Barangay Wellness Fiesta, Generika had engaging activities for the attendees such as educational games and wellness product sampling. During the event, they also educated the public about the benefits of Nutrawell Collagen and generic medicines. To culminate the program, two members of the Generika Lifesavers team coached and played with the local players in a barangay volleyball exhibition game.
Bound by a common goal, Generika Drugstore and FamilyDOC make healthcare more accessible and affordable for Filipinos. Adamson Lady Falcons set to soar higher with all-star, all-female coaching team

Proving that women can be just as strong in the male-dominated world of sports, Adamson University, together with its sponsor Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, proudly announces an all-female coaching team for the Adamson University Lady Falcons in the 79th season of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) seniors women’s volleyball.

Aiming to soar higher this year, Adamson University Lady Falcons has tapped American coach Airess Padda as head coach. A highly successful athlete-turned-coach, Padda is the founder and director of Malibu Palms Volleyball Club. She began her coaching career with the Hacienda Heights Volleyball Club in 2008 before being appointed as the head coach of the junior varsity team at Sierra Canyon whom she led to a state championship in 2013. Padda also worked as head coach at Malibu High School where in her first season, she took the girl’s team to their best finish to date.
Assisting Padda are returning assistant coaches Cherry Macatangay and Michele Gumabao. Former Golden Tigress Angeli Tabaquero rounds up the all-star Lady Falcons coaching staff.
Macatangay, a multi-titled volleyball player, is a former Adamson Lady Falcon. She was a three-time Best Scorer and a Most Valuable Player (MVP) titlist for the Shakey’s V-League Conference. She was also a member of the national team where she took home a Silver Medal at the 1995 SEA Games.
Meanwhile, Gumabao led the Lady Spikers to a three-peat in the UAAP, proving that she is one of the best defensive players in her league. She bagged two Best Blocker trophies and a Finals MVP award in UAAP 75. Most recently, she took home Finals MVP honors in Shakey’s V-League Reinforced Conference.
Finally, Tabaquero apart from being a UAAP and Shakey’s V-League champion, was named team captain of the Philippine National Team in the 2013 Asian Championship. She is currently the head coach of the high school volleyball team of Saint Pedro Poveda College.
Padda and the rest of the coaching team will continue to have strong support from Akari, the country’s top lighting and technology brand, as the Lady Falcons vie for the championship title.

“For three years now, we have been supporting Adamson’s basketball and volleyball teams as part of Akari’s youth development and sports programs,” said Russell Balbacal, Akari Lighting and Technology sports director and the Lady Falcons’ team manager. “We hope that the team-up of head coach Airess with Cherry, Michele and Angeli will mold the Lady Falcons into a strong unit, and hopefully clinch the championship title. With their individual success in the UAAP and professional leagues, we are confident that their winning ways and attitude will rub off to our young team.” Akari also supports scholarship projects to reinforce their commitment to education.

Adamson University has produced successful athletes in professional sports. Its women’s volleyball team has landed several UAAP Final Four finishes and a Shakey’s V-League championship title. A UAAP championship title at this point is still a dream but Fr. Aldrin Suan, CM, director of the Office for Athletics and Recreation, is optimistic that the new coach can pave the way to, if not attain, that ultimate goal.

For music lovers, casual runners and fun seekers, The Music Run™ is more like a party than a run – it is the only 5km fun run that puts music at the heart. The Music Run™ empowers participants to control the soundtrack of the run by voting for their favourite songs in the build up to the Event. Voting is via a bespoke ‘Music Voting App’ and the songs with the most votes make the official run playlist.

On event day runners experience the world’s loudest 5k running course, known as ‘The Sound Track’. A Gift of Scents by CHEMWORLD Fragrance Factory

Christmas to me is sharing. Definetly the most wonderful time of the year. The best time to share the blessings you received this year. Christmas to me is the time you give back to people who helped you and inspire you reach your dreams and goals in life. People who believed in your dreams and aspirations.

There are so many reasons for receiving or giving a gift, whether it to say a simple thank you!

2016 for me has been a year of new hopes and wisdom. Opened a lot of doors of opportunities, met like minded people where I draw inspirations from and gained wisdom to help me ready for my future. All I can think this Christmas is something personal. Gifts that are put a lot of time and efforts to make someone smile this holiday. And why not give a gift of fragrance with their names print on it. So whenever they see it, they will remember us.

I was so happy to know about this store of perfumery materials. Where you can find a wide selection of perfume bottles & boxes, fragrance & essential oils and raw materials that i needed for my list of personalized gifts. This perfumery store ChemWorld is the perfect place to shop to buy what you need or selling it as your own brand of perfumes.

Raw Materials

ChemWorld Fragrance Factory is the leading center for  hands on fragrance workshops where they will teach you the step by step how to blend and sell your own perfumes.

This kind of bottles are hard to find these days (Victoria bottles). But these are available in the store. This may be a perfect gift ideas to début, weddings or any occasions.

Victoria Bottles 100ml

Im loving the shape of sexy bottles. Perfect gift ideas for your girl barkadas.

Sexy Bottles 45ml

They also have bottles in different shapes and sizes. for those who love cute size perfumes it perfectly fits on small purse or bags. For kikays and who loves cute stuff like me, the pink bottle with a flower can also be put as an accent table decor.

250ml Regular Premix

The only thing you need is your raw materials, a lot of patience and put some love on it before you start workin. Whenever i receive personalized gifts, it just brightens my day.

So I went to this Philippine Handicraft’s bazaar in SM MegaMall trying to find a local made gift storage for these perfumes. Luckily I’ve found one that fits all this bottles.

Gifts are ready to go!
