GINISANG VEGGIES ( SAUTE MIXED VEGGIES)
INGREDIENTS:
2 spoon of Butter
2 ONIONS/SIBUYAS Sliced
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC/AJO/BAWANG
1 Tomato Sliced
1/4 PORK MEAT WITH FATS cut into small cubes
1/8 LONG GREEN BEANS/YARDLONG BEANS/ASPARAGUS BEANS/SNAKE BEANS/CHINESE LONG BEANS/SITAW
1 pc of Carrot Sliced
Salt to Taste and Pepper
PORKSAVOR™ All-in-One Seasoning Mix
2 CUPS of water or PORK BROTH
LET’S COOK:
HEAT THE POT ADD PORK MEAT, PUT IN MEDIUM FIRE AND LEAVE IT UNTIL THE PORK’S FATS COME OUT..
if the meat turns into a brown color set it aside…then
Put 2 spoon of Butter on the pot
SAUTE THE GARLIC, ONIONS, sliced tomatoes WITH PORK MEAT FOR 2 MINS.
ADD 2 cups of WATER or Pork Broth and SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES IN A MEDIUM FIRE.
Add Baguio Beans or Long green beans, Carrots and Onions
Salt to Taste and Pepper then simmer for 2 mins.
and lastly pour a half sachet of PORKSAVOR™ All-in-One Seasoning Mix and let it simmer for 1 min.
